These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of Medivano, including the mobile app, website, health record storage, document processing, emergency profile, family profile, subscription, notification, and support features. By using Medivano, you agree to these terms.

Service purpose

Medivano helps users upload, store, organize, review, and access medical records and related health information. The service may also help prepare doctor visit summaries, emergency profiles, health timelines, and family member profiles.

Not medical advice

Medivano is an information organization tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, emergency response, or clinical decision-making. Always consult qualified healthcare professionals for medical questions. In an emergency, contact local emergency services immediately.

Eligibility and authority

You may use Medivano only if you can legally enter into these terms and comply with applicable laws. If you add records or profiles for another person, including a family member or dependent, you confirm that you have the authority or consent required to do so.

Accounts and security

You are responsible for the accuracy of account information, for maintaining control of your device and login methods, and for all activity under your account. You must not share OTPs, credentials, or account access with unauthorized persons. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

User responsibility

You are responsible for the records and information you upload, enter, share, or export through Medivano. You should review extracted or summarized information before relying on it. Automated document processing may be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, or unavailable.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Upload information you do not have the right to use or share.
• Use Medivano for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
• Attempt to access another user's account, records, or systems.
• Interfere with the security, availability, or integrity of the service.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or misuse the service except as permitted by law.
• Use Medivano as the sole source of truth for urgent medical decisions.

Uploads, summaries, and sharing

You retain ownership of your medical records and content. By uploading information to Medivano, you grant us permission to host, process, analyze, display, and transmit that information as needed to provide the service. If you share or export records, summaries, or emergency profile information, you are responsible for the recipients you choose.

Subscriptions and payments

Some features may require a paid plan. Prices, features, renewal terms, trial periods, taxes, cancellation rules, and refund handling may be shown in the app, app store, checkout provider, or subscription screen. Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. We may change plans or pricing prospectively, subject to applicable law and platform rules.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how Medivano collects, uses, shares, protects, and deletes information. By using Medivano, you also agree to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

Some features require separate consent, including medical record uploads, automated document extraction, doctor visit summaries, reminders, family profile management, and user-directed sharing.

Account deletion

You may request account and associated data deletion through the Delete Account page or by contacting support. Some information may be retained where required for legal, regulatory, security, fraud prevention, accounting, or backup reasons.

Intellectual property

Medivano, including its software, design, branding, logos, and service content, is owned by Medivano or its licensors. These terms do not grant you ownership of the service or its intellectual property.

Availability

We aim to keep Medivano reliable, but the service may be modified, interrupted, suspended, or discontinued. We may release, change, or remove features over time.

Disclaimers

Medivano is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, medically accurate, or suitable for every user's needs.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Medivano will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunities. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Suspension or termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe a user has violated these terms, created risk for others, misused the service, or if required by law. Users may stop using Medivano at any time and may request account deletion.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, unless a mandatory local law requires otherwise. Disputes will be handled by courts or forums with jurisdiction under applicable law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users through the app, website, or other appropriate channels.
