Delete your Medivano account

To request deletion of your Medivano account and associated data, email the privacy team from the phone number or email address linked to your account.

Send requests to privacy@medivano.com.

Include in your request

• Your registered mobile number or email address
• A clear request to delete your account
• Any family profile names that should also be removed

What will be deleted

We will delete or de-identify account information, health profiles, uploaded medical records, extracted document data, timelines, review queues, emergency profile details, and other information associated with the account, unless we need to retain limited information for legal, security, fraud prevention, accounting, dispute, or backup reasons.

Timing

We will confirm receipt of the request and may ask for verification before deletion. We aim to complete verified requests within a reasonable period, subject to applicable law and any required retention obligations.

Subscriptions

Deleting your Medivano account may not automatically cancel an app store or payment-provider subscription. If you subscribed through an app store or third-party checkout, cancel the subscription through that provider as well.
